Election of 2018 SNMSHRM Board of Directors

    September 18, 2017

SNMSHRM has finalized the Declaration of Candidacy for the 2018 SNMSHRM Board of Directors.  Voting will take place at the Employment Law Update on Friday, September 29, 2017.  Voting shall be limited to regular members as per the Chapter by-laws.  Verification of member status will be conducted and members will sign a roster before being issued a ballot. It's not to late to become a chapter member so that you can vote. We hope you will join us for the Employment Law Update as well! You can learn more about it here.

Absentee balloting is available, but members must use the official ballot form. To request an email ballot, email Sherri Rials. Once your membership has been confirmed, you will receive a ballot. It must be returned by email to Sherri Rials no later than September 26, 2017.

The counting of ballots shall be done by the nominating committee chair or an individual or individuals designated by the Board. The results of the election shall be announced before the end of the Employment Law Update, designated as a regular meeting by the 2017 SNMSHRM Board.

Volunteering in a leadership position is a great way to become more involved, network with colleagues, make recommendations, and vote on programming and initiatives for the chapter.  We are grateful to those who have stepped forward to volunteer on behalf of our chapter.

Our current President-Elect, Vicki Lusk, will serve as Board President for 2018.
